I've been hard on the whole crew up there and for good reason. However, this guy had reportedly turned down three jobs with hopes he can have a shot at this job. At least this guy apparently wants to be here which is more than I can say for a slough of others. I'll take that. He must be confident on his abilities
He's no Gruden but honestly, his resume is as good or better than Gundy, Fisher and Strong. We'll know what the future holds on signing day. If he can recruit, he'll it'll show quick.

Guys, lets stop the "he lost to Dooley" stuff. I think we can all agree that if JH and TB been healthy all last year that we probably win 8/9 games. Honestly, without injuries, that was Dooley s best team.
Again, this guys resume is better than those other three. If he can recruit or is smart enough to hire great staff that can, he may do very well.
