Good recruiter. Coordinated 2 national champ defenses. I would assume his philosphy works. He knows what it takes to coach D in the SEC. As for as offense goes I have no idea.

Defensively, he would run the 3-3-5. I hope he can find more speed on the back end of the defense for this.
Offensively might not be as easy to answer. I would not be suprised if he keep Chaney and alot of the offense in tack. He was been on teams that run a spread, the fun and gun, and a power I formation. I think he will look at our current players and see what he can recruit to fill the gaps. I doubt he tries a spread with our current offensive line (i.e. RichRod at Michigan)

A good bit of google yields that his base defense is a 4-3, with a splash of 3-3-5. Definitely could be wrong
