you're just making a mess.

  • Let Hart get a good HC and a really good DC and then pin down Graham, Palermo, Ansley and get Tee Martin back and then go from there. Hart needs to insist on getting and keeping the above. We have to recruit more speed and quality and if it takes Chaney or a HC, coordinator etc to keep some of our better jrs. then do it. There has to be a HC that can do this and put our kids in position to minimize weaknesses and emphasizes our strengths. I really believe Gruden was enjoying the ego trip and never would have taken the job with the resrictions of college ball. His wife will just visit friends, family etc here but JG will stay in the booth till he gets the NFL job he wants. We have drooled over him long enough!

  • I want to know why Hart was never an advocate for Gruden. We can move on when the next coach is hired but I want to know how this really went down.

  • Do we even know Hart didn't want Gruden? And if so maybe that just means he's a realist. No way Gruden was coming here no matter how much I would have loved it. He is a NFL man that will get an NFL job.

    Unlike a lot of people believe Gruden doesn't bleed orange, Harts not a Bama spy looking to destroy UT from the inside and UT will be just fine with a good coach in place.

    see no positive for keeping Palermo. Ansley maybe he seems to recruit well. Tee martin no doubt get him back. Graham a must have and pittman. Is chaney that bad of an OC? Seems like he has recruited good qb's and has a good offense.

    All the negative stuff has been coming from the AD. Brice and now Hubbs on VQ have basically said straight up that if Gruden was hired it would be against Hart's wishes. The preponderance of evidence points toward Hart being an obstructionist in this process.

    I don't believe he is a spy but I also don't think he wanted to give up the power and I think he has a guy in mind.
